Purposes

Account management, amateur radio directory, content publication, article proposals, moderation, security, internal technical statistics, newsletter, shop/events and GDPR requests.

Legal bases

Performance of the member account service, legitimate interest for security and moderation, legal obligations for certain logs/transactions, consent for the newsletter, non-essential tracking and external postal geocoding.

Processed data

Amateur radio identity, email, profile, visibility settings, published content, uploaded documents, preferences, subscriptions, pseudonymized technical histories, GDPR requests, security logs and consent records.

Recipients

Authorized administrators, members according to your visibility settings, visitors for public content, the site host, strictly necessary email providers, Google Maps if you display the embedded map and Nominatim only if you enable geocoding. The main front-end libraries are served locally, without a public CDN.

Retention

The account is retained while it is active. Technical logs: 13 months. Chatbot: 180 days. Newsletter deliveries: 24 months. Read notifications: 24 months. Resolved GDPR requests: 5 years. Password reset: 90 days. Geocoding cache: 30 days.

Rights

You can request access, export, rectification, restriction, objection, portability and erasure. JSON export is available from this page for signed-in members; erasure starts a controlled anonymization with an action log.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies are used for the session, security and language/theme preferences. Matomo audience measurement may be loaded only according to the consent configuration, with anonymization and cookies disabled when configured.

Security

Application IPs and user agents are pseudonymized by HMAC with a persistent local secret. Administrative GDPR actions are logged with administrator identifier, status and timestamp.
