Internal regulations
These regulations define the operating, participation and conduct rules applicable to members, activities and spaces managed by
Radio Club Durnal ON4CRD.

Purpose of the regulations
The regulations complement the statutes, committee decisions and practical club instructions. They are intended to provide a clear, welcoming and safe framework for amateur radio activities.
Expected conduct
Members, visitors and participants undertake to behave respectfully, constructively and consistently with the spirit of amateur radio.
- Respect people, opinions and experience levels.
- Avoid discriminatory, aggressive or defamatory remarks.
- Preserve a friendly atmosphere during meetings, digital channels and activities.
Use of equipment and premises
Equipment, antennas, premises and shared resources must be used with care. Any failure, damage or dangerous situation must be reported promptly to the club.
Activities, training and events
Activities are organised according to volunteer availability, safety rules and required permissions. Participants follow the instructions given by the activity leaders.
Publications and digital tools
Content submitted to the site, wiki, news, classifieds or libraries must be useful, accurate and compatible with the club's purposes. The committee may moderate, correct or remove content when necessary.
Safety and compliance
Each user must comply with the rules applicable to facilities, frequencies, personal data and digital tools. A doubt or incident must be reported via crdurnal@gmail.com.
Changes to the regulations
The committee may adapt these regulations to reflect changes in the club, tools or applicable obligations. The version published on this page serves as the operational reference.
